Seniors and our terminally ill population are our most vulnerable, and we need your help providing them with the necessary food and supplies that will allow them to stay home as advised. Many seniors live on a fixed income and are not able to purchase large quantities of the items that so many have stocked up on. Our grocery store shelves are empty, and our most vulnerable patients and their families must stay home as advised by the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention.

Too often, families fall into financial crisis when caring for a dying loved one. The foundation will assist with utility bills, food, and shelter costs for those in need.
Children ages 5-17 in your area who have recently lost a loved one enjoy a healing and supportive atmosphere free of charge.
Families release a butterfly in honor of their loved one each year at our annual memorial butterfly release.
Far too many people are unaware of the importance of the hospice benefit in the continuum of care. Nearly half of hospice patients receive care for a week or less, when the benefit is available for the last 6 months of life. The Southern Grace Hospice Foundation funds educational programs to increase awareness about the hospice benefit.
A terminally ill patient may dream of going on a long-delayed honeymoon, attending a family reunion out of state or seeing a final game by a favorite sports team. Granting a wish creates lasting memories for patients and their loved ones.
Our team members do not view the care we provide as work, but rather a ministry in which we can serve and better the lives of those around us. At Southern Grace, we don’t focus on death and dying, but rather on life and living.
